  • How to Use the Sauna Blanket:
  • 1. Unfold the sauna blanket and connect its two wires with the output of the host.
  • 2. Lie in the blanket, turn on the switch and wait for 5 minutes for preheating.
  • 3. Use the set key to enter the setting mode and select the time option and set the working time of the machine.
  • 4. When the temperature 1 flashes, press the up and down keys to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 1. Press the set key to save the settings.
  • 5. When the temperature 2 flashes, press the up and down buttons to set the output temperature of OUTPUT 2. The value can be automatically saved after setting the machine.
  • 6. After setting the working time and output temperature, please press the "S / P" button to start the machine.
  • 7. During physical therapy process, the standard temperature is 60°, but you can adjust it according to your personal preference and steam for 45-60 minutes.
  • 8. When using, it is recommended to wear thin cotton pajamas or bath bags and put towels down to absorb sweat.
